Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Technologycal platform—including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and UI designs—are the exclusive property of Technologycal and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services as intended; any unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use our platform to distribute spam, malicious code, or engage in any activity that interferes with the performance of our global social management networks.
Limitation of Liability
Technologycal and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services. While we strive for 100% uptime and absolute reliability, we do not guarantee that our platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms is limited to the amount paid by you for the service during the preceding twelve months.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any disputes related to our platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Technologycal is headquartered, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of said jurisdiction.
